Why Walking Without Music or Podcasts Improves Your Mental Clarity.

 You have a serious meeting with your subordinates to explain their job descriptions. Each time you sit to jot down your ideas, something tells you to play your best music. And by the end you find yourself carried away such that your agenda for the meeting is not coherent.



Instead of  writing with your favorite music on, why not stay in a quiet environment and reflect for a while? Why not keep aside your music and go outside for a short walk while reflecting?

At certain moments your best Ideas come when you are alone in a quiet and focused movement. Your subconscious mind go into deep search bringing out the best ideas connected to the topic under consideration. In this case your  agenda.
