1. Digital Products Only
All items sold on Joyful Connections are digital downloads, such as:
- Workbooks
- Journaling templates
- Checklists
- Guides
- Printables
- Digital planners
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they follow special refund rules.
2. All Sales Are Generally Final
Once a digital file has been downloaded or delivered, it cannot be “sent back.”
For this reason, all purchases are normally final and non-refundable.
However—your happiness matters to us.
If you have a real issue with your order, we will gladly take a look and help in any way we can.
3. When We May Offer a Refund
We may offer a refund in special cases such as:
- You were charged twice by mistake
- You purchased the same product more than once
- You received the wrong file
- The file is damaged or not working, and we cannot fix it
- You never received the download link, even after we re-sent it

4. When Refunds Cannot Be Given
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Changing your mind after purchase

- Forgetting to download the product before it expires

- Personal preference (e.g., “I thought it would be something else”)
We encourage you to read all descriptions carefully before checking out.
5. Download Problems? We’ll Fix Them
If your file:
- won’t open
- doesn’t download
- looks corrupted
- is missing pages
Just let us know!
We will:
- resend the download link
- send the file directly
- provide an alternative format if available
Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you paid for.
6. How to Request Help or a Refund.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please send us an email with:
- Your full name
- Your order email
- A quick description of the issue
- A screenshot if possible (it helps us solve things faster)

7. Processing Time.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout
- Processing usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
