2. Are the products digital or physical?
All products on Joyful Connections are 100% digital.
That means you get instant access after payment.
No shipping, no waiting, no delays — everything is sent straight to your email for immediate download.
3. How do I receive my digital product after purchasing?
After your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link.
Just click the link, save your product to your device, and you’re good to go.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
4. What should I do if I didn’t get my download email?
Don’t worry — it happens sometimes.
Here’s what you can do:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the correct email at checkout.
- Give it a few minutes — emails can delay.

5. Can I get a refund?
Since all products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned.
Because of this, all sales are final.
But if you have any issues with your files or downloads, please reach out — I’m always happy to help until everything works perfectly for you.
6. Can I use your digital products for commercial purposes?
Unless stated otherwise, all digital products on Joyful Connections come with a Personal Use License Only.
This means:
- You can use them for your personal growth and daily life.

Payments are made securely through the checkout options available on the website (for example: PayPal or card payments). Your financial information is never shared with me.
9. Do your products come with updates?

If a major upgrade happens, I usually send the new version to past buyers automatically — no extra cost.

11. What if my file is not opening?
Most products come in PDF format, which opens easily with any PDF reader.

Support is always answered as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours (often much sooner). Weekends may take a bit longer, but I always respond.
13. Do you offer personalized happiness coaching?
Not at the moment.
Right now Joyful Connections focuses on digital tools anyone can use at home. But if 1-on-1 coaching becomes available, it will be announced on the site and email list.
