-Sit or stand in a comfortable position.
-Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
-Slowly breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.
-Hold the breath for 2 seconds.
-Gently breathe out through your mouth for 6 seconds.
-Repeat this deep breath 5 times.
