Life gets tough sometimes. And those feelings can make us feel stuck. But here’s the good news—you can feel better. It doesn’t happen overnight, but with small steps, you can bring more peace and joy into your life. Let’s talk about how.

1. Start With Your Breath.

When I feel overwhelmed, the first thing I do is stop and breathe. Deep breathing helps calm the body and clear the mind. Try this:

  • Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
